Anime Club
Anime Club meets every Tuesday at lunch and every Thursday after school in room 403. Time to enjoy some animation with some friends.


Yearbook mobile access
Yearbook buyers get free mobile access to their book. See Mr. Brough-Stevenson for details.


2017 MHS Color Guard Tryouts
Have you ever imagined yourself on a stage performing in front of thousands of people? Do you love to dance? Have you always wanted to travel and make lifelong friends? If so, Color Guard might be the activity for you.

Tryouts for the 2017-18 MHS Color Guard will be held on Tuesday 5/23 and Thursday 5/25 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm in the Madera High School band room. Flyers are available in the 500 office or you can contact Mr Cappelluti in the MHS band office for more information. No experience is necessary.

We hope to see you then.



Textbooks
Students,

If you are done with your textbooks, get them turned in now and avoid the long lines and fines. Remember to clear out your lockers as summer school will resume the week after school is out. Thank you!

AP Statistics Summer Assignment
Next Year's AP Stats students, your summer assignment is now available in Mrs. Keast's room 405. Come in during lunch to pick up your copy.


AP Lit
JUNIORS! If you are taking AP Lit next year and haven't gotten the summer assignment, stop by room 118 ASAP to pick it up.


FCA
Thursday at Lunch will be the last FCA meeting of the year. Come by and help us send off our seniors!!! Coach A's Rm don't be late!

AVID
Ms. Tuck would like to announce that Daniel Santos-Mendoza is AVID Senior of the Year! Daniel consistently performs at his best, is always prepared for class and willing to help others understand difficult concepts, and represents everything an AVID student should exhibit in character. He's reliable, trustworthy, dedicated, hard working, humble, and brilliant. Ms. Tuck wishes you the best of luck as you pursue a degree in the medical field with a goal of becoming a neurosurgeon. I am proud of you, Daniel!


AP Lang & Composition
Ms. Tuck will be coming to Honors English 10 classes on Wednesday or Thursday to talk about AP Lang for Juniors and to distribute the summer assignment. If you are not currently in Honors English 10, but still plan to take the class, please come by room 311 to pick up your work. The summer assignment is required for the course and will be your first grade for Fall semester.


Link Crew and Freshmen Study Session
Attention all freshmen - please join your link crew leader for the spring cookies and cram study session Tuesday 5/30/17 from 3:30-5:00 in the cafeteria. Study with classmates, enjoy some treats and finish the spring semester strong!! Link Crew Leaders, will be available to help you study for your finals!!


Art Club Officers

Senior's Final Transcript
Seniors, this is your last reminder!
You need to go to the MHS registrar to request your final transcript.
Your transcript needs to be submitted to your 4 year college or university that you will be attending in the fall. You do not need to send a transcript if you are attending community college.
