Student of the Week Ruben Artega Gonzalez is this weeks student of the week. He is a very intelligent student and works hard in everything he does. He walks around Carson High with a positive attitude. Ruben is a student who makes sure to go the extra mile through interpreters. As a deaf student, it takes a little extra to understand the material and he works hard to make sure he understands everything. THank you for your contributions to Carson High.

SkillsUSA The monthly meeting for SkillsUSA has been changed to Wednesday, February 22th at lunch in the upstairs Culinary Cafe. This is a mandatory meeting if you are going to attend the state competition.

We have just the event for you right here at CHS! The Annual CHS Career Expo Night is happening on March 1st starting at 6pm in the gym. Bring your parents! WNC, TMCC, UNR, and Carrington College as well as over 30 employers will be in attendance to talk about career pathways with you! Get a jump start on your future success! We hope to see you there!
